1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the item.
After this period, we may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order number
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Items that are stained, worn, or washed, even if the original packaging or tags are kept
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The process usually takes 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item has a quality issue or was sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees that have already been paid are generally non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the issue.
After confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving the item.
